I love trees. I actually get depressed when I go through places that don’t have many. In the spring and summer they’re pretty with all their leaves and flowers. A boring, ugly neighborhood becomes vibrant once the leaves pop open. But, even in the winter, most trees still carry a certain beauty. Their leaf-less limbs twist and turn in bizarre directions. Without leaves the light manages to catch the branches and trunk in the perfect way. The world would be a sad place without trees.
