Project 365–This Week in Photographs: Week 31

This past week I moved to New York City! Even after spending a year in Chicago “The Second City” New York is huge by comparison.  I’m not sure the original settlers ever thought so many people could be squeezed onto one little island. Having only visited New York on two previous and brief occasions it’s nice to have some time to explore before life gets hectic. I’ve spent much of my first few days here wandering around, getting a feel for my neighborhood and the rest of the city.
